Our Himalayan salt plates can be heated to be used as a cooking surface or chilled to keep your food cool. Naturally low in moisture content, our Himalayan salt plates can be heated or chilled to extreme temperatures. Using our salt plates will result in a milder flavour compared to using ground salt. Due to Himalayan salt being rich in trace minerals, a greater depth of flavour is added to your foods.
